In line with the demands from various industries in different sectors; we carry out our project development works for wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment plant recovery systems/facilities as turnkey projects through site explorations, laboratory studies, process design, creation of project drawings, manufacturing and unit/equipment supply, installation, and commissioning.
In addition to our current project works, for the sake of circular economy, zero wastewater, and environmental sustainability; we conduct our R&D activities to develop new technologies on the topics of wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment recovery systems/facilities at our headquarters located in YTÜ Technopark İkitelli and our workshop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone.
“We Work with Heavy Polluted Waters”

In the sector, we work with heavy polluted waters and in this direction, we are developing wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment plant recovery systems/facilities.
We position ourselves differently in the purification sector, beyond the conventional standard treatment of industrial wastewater and the recovery of treated wastewater. Instead of treating and recovering wastewater with a defined characterization, we are developing special processes and different designs for wastewater treatment plants and water/wastewater treatment plant recovery systems/facilities for heavy polluted waters containing high COD (>8,000 mg/L) or heavy metals like Cr+6, CN from various sectors.
In this context, we can provide many examples from different sectors. Water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, and water/wastewater treatment plant and recovery systems...To provide a few project examples related to the wastewater treatment system/facility;1. Project Example: In the past period, we established a wastewater treatment facility that includes physical, chemical, and biological processes for a factory engaged in container/IBC washing and storage operating in Konya OSB, as well as a water treatment and recovery system designed for process water usage. The wastewater generated from washing containers/IBCs containing various types of chemicals, etc., is among the processes that are difficult to treat in wastewater treatment facilities due to its heavy pollution load and continuously changing characterization. However, with the laboratory studies conducted and the process design developed accordingly, the established wastewater treatment facility operates in a way that meets the discharge limits of the OSB for the resulting heavily polluted wastewater.2. Project Example: As of the end of 2021, this is a project for a water/wastewater treatment facility and water/wastewater treatment facility recovery system that we established for a foreign-owned factory producing panel radiators located in the Tekirdağ Çorlu region. In this project, there are two different sources of wastewater;The first is the wastewater with heavy and concentrated content that comes from surface treatment baths used in the panel radiator production, which varies in periods, characteristics, and variability, such as overflow and bath drainage.
The second is the wastewater that has a concentrated content, which should be used as a closed-loop for testing and trials of products during panel radiator production but needs to be occasionally bluffed.For both of the aforementioned wastewater sources, through laboratory studies conducted and the process design developed accordingly; for surface treatment wastewater, a general wastewater treatment facility and a heavily polluted wastewater treatment facility have been established; for test and trial wastewater, a separate wastewater treatment facility and wastewater treatment facility recovery system have been established.In summary, with the water/wastewater treatment facilities and water/wastewater treatment facility recovery systems designed and implemented by us, all water/wastewater meets the OSB discharge standards and operates in a closed-loop.The wastewater used is recovered through the wastewater treatment plant recovery system/facility.

We manage our projects under the scope of wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment plant recovery systems/facilities with "processes." When looking at project management methodology, it is seen that all project activities of wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment plant recovery systems/facilities are actually process steps that constitute the whole and lead us to the main goal. All activities carried out by our department are monitored through defined SOPs, process maps, process steps, and related sub-steps.
The formation that extends from the starting point of a project where the need for a wastewater treatment plant, water treatment plant, and water/wastewater treatment plant recovery system/facility arises, to laboratory, design, proposal, project drawings, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and delivery of the work, is carried out in a planned manner under the control of our team member assigned according to the nature of the work to be done, within the framework of process flow. To make our work sustainable, we have adopted a process approach to be able to take our tracking and control mechanisms and related actions to an optimum level.

New Trend in Project Design of Wastewater Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, and Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Recovery System/Facility "BIM Process"
BIM (Building Information Management) is a design program based on building information modeling. Wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment plants...In the context of our project work on water treatment facility recovery systems, after the process design is completed, simulations of the previously designed manufacturing and subsequent field work are conducted, and 3D drawings are made to address any potential issues that may arise during the field (installation, commissioning, etc.) phase, particularly for the project's applicability in the field.In this context, various software tailored to needs (AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD 3D Plant, Solid Works, 3Ds Max, etc.) are used. With the advancing technology, we continue to improve ourselves and, for the sustainability of our project designs for wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment facility recovery systems, we are using BIM-based programs in addition to CAD and CAM concepts to perform clash analyses, inputting and processing information into the designed models, and subsequently, based on the results obtained, we are working to integrate the project and the field in an interactive manner.As a project team, in order to create a sustainable environment, we will continue to take steps that lead the sector by acting as a solution partner to the industrialists in line with the demands from the sector, developing effective and efficient approaches along with R&D activities, and designing and improving relevant wastewater treatment facilities, water treatment plants, and water/wastewater treatment and recovery systems/facilities.
