Every document that proves our commitment to the environment also demonstrates that we are friendly to it, and in addition, it adds status and quality to our institution. Because every individual or institution that is friendly to the environment exudes quality. So, how about taking a look at a few documents?

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Document: These are the studies conducted to determine the positive and negative effects that planned projects may have on the environment, to prevent negative impacts or to minimize them to an extent that will not harm the environment, by identifying and evaluating the chosen location and technology alternatives, and to monitor and control the implementation of the projects.

Compliance Letter: The Provincial Directorate's Compliance Letter is obtained by applying online through the EÇBS environmental system. It is issued as a result of the evaluation made by the Provincial Directorate of Environment according to the subject of businesses related to emissions, wastewater, noise, deep-sea discharge, and/or licensing, etc. A Temporary Activity Certificate (GFB) application must be made within 1 year from the date of obtaining the Compliance Letter.

Temporary Activity Certificate: Businesses subject to Environmental Permit or Environmental Permit and License under the Environmental Permit and License Regulation are classified according to their environmental impacts in Annex-1 and Annex-2 lists of the regulation. Businesses listed in Annex-1 and Annex-2 must obtain a Temporary Activity Certificate in order to operate. Businesses that obtain a Temporary Activity Certificate must obtain an Environmental Permit or Environmental Permit and License within 1 year from the date of the certificate.

Businesses must apply for an Environmental Permit or Environmental Permit and License with the information, documents, and reports specified in Annex-3C within one hundred eighty calendar days from the date of obtaining the Temporary Activity Certificate.

It is mandatory to complete the deficiencies. The application will be evaluated by the competent authority within sixty calendar days. If any information, document, measurement, analysis results, or reports are found to be lacking as a result of the evaluation, these deficiencies will be communicated to the applicant. It is mandatory to complete the deficiencies and submit them to the competent authority within ninety calendar days from the date of notification. If the measurements, analysis results, and reports are found to be appropriate along with the information and documents in the evaluation conducted by the competent authority, an Environmental Permit or Environmental Permit and License Certificate will be issued.Discharge Permit Certificate: It is the document issued by ISKI to businesses that meet the discharge conditions under the Regulation on Discharge of Wastewater to the Sewerage System, enacted by the Administration, for industrial wastewater. A business that discharges industrial wastewater is required to obtain a Discharge Permit Certificate (DİB). The Discharge Permit Certificate also serves as a substitute for the positive opinion of the Unsanitary Establishment License.Capacity Report: The capacity reports, which serve as an identity card for private or legal entities that gain the status of an industrial establishment by registering with the Industrial Chambers, include the contact information, production topics, annual production capacities, technologies, machinery parks, raw materials used, capital, employment information, and similar topics of these establishments, and are organized by the Industrial Chambers to which the establishments are affiliated. To apply for a Capacity Report, the company must be located within the boundaries of the chamber to which at least one of its production site or headquarters address belongs and must be a member of the relevant chamber. The Capacity Report Request Form can be obtained free of charge from the Chambers. The obtained Capacity Report Request Form should be filled out and submitted to the Chamber with a petition.Tax Plate: The Tax Plate is a document that shows the taxable earnings of taxpayers and the corresponding tax amounts for these earnings. The Tax Plate is one of the documents that everyone who is a tax liable must possess. The content and form of the tax plate are determined by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. The tax plate is issued annually by the GİB for each company and is mandatory.Sent to the Internet Tax Office (İVD) address of the municipalities.Business Opening and Operating License: The business opening and operating license is a permit granted by authorized administrative units for the opening and operation of businesses covered by the Regulation on Business Opening and Operating Licenses. A business cannot be opened or operated without a license obtained in accordance with the procedures from the relevant authorities.Mandatory Financial Liability Insurance for Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste: This is a liability insurance that covers compensation to third parties for damages that may be caused by hazardous materials and/or hazardous waste. This insurance is a package prepared for companies that produce, store, transport, or sell hazardous waste, flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials.
