Environmental Consultant Training Program

This program, which will be the first and only one organized in the sector, aims to provide new graduate Environmental Engineers with experience after a 2-month orientation and a total of 3-month training process within the On-the-Job Training Program (İEP), and to employ those who successfully complete the program within Artemis Arıtım.

To mention some of the basic duties and responsibilities of an Environmental Consultant;

• Ensuring that facilities that cause or may cause environmental pollution due to their activities operate in accordance with the Environmental Law and all regulations related to this law,
• Ensuring that precautions are taken on issues that may lead to environmental pollution, and checking the effective applicability of the measures taken,
• We can define it as providing general inspections of the facility at monthly and annual intervals.

Graduates of the Environmental Engineering department and candidates without work experience can apply for the Environmental Consultant Training Program. During the program, individuals' daily wages, general health insurance, and occupational accident and disease insurance premiums will be covered by İŞKUR. How does the application process for the Environmental Consultant Training Program proceed?

• January 14-24, 2021 – Applications are received and preliminary evaluations are conducted.
• January 25-26, 2021 – Online general aptitude tests are sent to candidates who pass the preliminary evaluation.
• January 26-27, 2021 – Preliminary interviews are conducted with candidates who succeed in the general aptitude test.
• January 27-28, 2021 – Personality and competency inventories are sent to candidates positively evaluated in the preliminary interview process.
• January 28-29, 2021 – Candidates who are positively evaluated throughout the entire process are invited to the program.

How does the experience process of the Environmental Consultant Training Program proceed?

• January – Involves receiving applications, conducting preliminary evaluations, completing tests-inventories, and inviting suitable candidates to the program.
• February – Involves online group-individual studies, case analyses, and evaluating presentation-reporting outputs to determine candidates who will proceed to the next stage.
• March and April – Involves a detailed professional training, on-site company visits and inspections, experiencing the entire process from start to finish, and an orientation process strengthened by a buddy system.
• May – Involves the continuation of the process if mutual agreement is reached with candidates who successfully complete the entire process and wish to start their career journey at Artemis Treatment.
