The wastewater treatment facility belonging to our factory located in Aksaray Organized Industrial Zone was successfully commissioned by Artemis Arıtım in 2017.

In December 2016, a project file was submitted by Artemis Treatment Project Construction Company to the Konya Organized Industrial Directorate for the establishment of a 70 m³ daily Industrial and Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant at our Alışan Logistics washing facility operating in the fifth section of the Konya organized industrial zone. Following the approval given in February 2017, the construction of the facility was completed and put into operation within the year 2017.

Additionally, a clean water softening system with a capacity of 10 m³ per hour (including sand, carbon, and resin) was also established by Artemis Treatment Project Construction Company during the same period.

Today, our facility has been continuing its operations with Artemis on many issues for approximately three years, and during this time, we have maintained close contact with the Artemis company within the scope of consulting. In this context, necessary recommendations are provided to ensure the healthy operation of the facility's equipment, the quality of wastewater treatment, and the smooth continuation of the water softening process from start to finish, including the analysis of samples in a laboratory environment and the joint examination of results.

In the event of any negative occurrences during the operational process, we continue to reach out to the responsible engineers of Artemis at any time to receive necessary advice.

The quick response to the normal spare parts needs of the facility also allows us to keep part stocks at a minimum level.

Moreover, despite the continuously changing characteristics of the wastewater generated as a result of operational activities and its high pollution concentration, the established system has been designed to operate effectively and efficiently under all these specified conditions.

To prevent possible negative outcomes within the variability of washing products, we work in mutual harmony by taking samples of new washing products and sending them to the Artemis company for the evaluation of necessary analysis results and obtaining necessary recommendations.

We receive periodic maintenance services for the water softening unit and implement necessary recommendations to ensure the system operates smoothly.

Since the establishment of the system, we have been working together with satisfaction due to many positive reasons such as the rapid provision of professional support by a strong team, working under technical and professional quality standards, serving many brands, and sincere approaches.

We have been working with Artemis Arıtım for approximately 4-5 years. During this time, we have collaborated with them especially on the maintenance and repair of treatment plants, ensuring the inspection and reporting of garages within the framework of the environmental management system, training activities, the establishment of remote monitoring and automation systems for treatment plants, and obtaining technical support for new treatment plants.

Our reason for choosing Artemis Arıtım initially stemmed from necessity, but it has since been due to the quality of the work done and the technical support provided, which has led to our satisfaction.

Currently, since we are in contact with many companies operating in this market, I can say that we have experience in seeing the differences between companies. In this context, Artemis Arıtım has distinguished itself by elevating satisfaction to higher levels.

As an institution, we have been using treatment plants in our operations for many years to conserve natural resources and ensure water savings due to our intensive vehicle washing activities. If you neglect to maintain these facilities, their negative effects become apparent without delay. Therefore, with the technical support provided by Artemis Arıtım for the maintenance and repair of our facilities, we carry out our water treatment processes at maximum levels in recycling.

We met with Artemis Arıtım company in May 2017 during the project process of the Port Waste Acceptance Facility and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant planned to be established at our Factory. Artemis Arıtım completed the mechanical assembly and construction process of the project with great diligence and success in a short time.
